The sacred source is an exquisite expression of life, of pure being. The goal of my Practice is to envelop clients in a healing light so that they may be fully present, connect with their unique experiences and realize that our true gift is taking nothing for granted —especially ourselves.

You deserve a safe space to relax and find serenity and calm in your own innate being and presence. My Outdoor Group Classes are held in a serene oasis nestled in the hills of Walnut Creek. I have pop-ups throughout city parks and open spaces to connect you to everything nature has to offer.

Outdoor Group Class

Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative are offered. We’ll focus on proper alignment and breathing techniques as is observed by the Iyengar tradition of Yoga. All levels are welcome; we will meet you where you’re at. Sessions are closed with a deep meditation.

Personal Session

This journey starts with a deep understanding of your personal goals. Whether it’s a one-on-one session or a group session with your friends. I can completely customize the experience in the sacred space of your environment.
